Project Overview
A holistic voucher solution was implemented for all approximately 90 HANS IM GLÜCK locations. In addition to classic gift cards, the focus is especially on the mobile voucher: it can be easily loaded onto a smartphone and integrated directly into the wallet – ideal as a digital goodie for guests or for fast service recovery.
The solution works across all locations and, as part of expansion – for example into Switzerland – also supports multiple currencies. Vouchers can be loaded and redeemed flexibly via existing payment terminals, web terminal or app.
The result is a seamless, cross-channel voucher platform that offers maximum flexibility, simplifies processes and at the same time strengthens customer loyalty in a sustainable way.
